About
CBMS Founder & Author, Nate Schoen, grew up around his father's design/build firm spending summers in the trenches of the industry. After six years of active service as a Marine Corps Field Artillery Officer, Nate and his father drew on their experience as Custom Builders and military leadership skills to co-author the Custom Builder Management Solutions Program - originally designed to help the family business. Since 2004, Nate has worked as a consultant and business coach with a client base of over 300 Custom Builders in 37 States and four Canadian Provinces. In addition, Nate continues to function as a custom home designer and construction consultant for high-end new homes projects in South Carolina as Bridgewater Consulting & Construction Management. Nate was recently named to the Professional Builder magazine "Top 40 Under 40" in the Construction Industry
